When a patient needs emergency air medical care, the aircraft, crew, and specialized equipment must be ready. The Emergency Air Rescue Alliance works to protect that lifeline.

Our Origins
EARA was founded with support from Jet ICU, a Tampa-based air medical transport provider established in 2003. That experience informs our work, but the goal reaches beyond one company: protecting patients and communities that depend on emergency air medical services.
Payment disputes can place sustained pressure on the people and resources required to deliver care. We advocate for practical solutions that keep patients out of those disputes and support a dependable air medical system.
